Thank you for your support! Almost every piece is made to order at jen e ceramics with the exception of the pieces listed in the Shop. Please be patient with our production and shipping, we are a small studio doing our best to get everything out as soon as we can.
Shipping
Shipping will happen 3-7 business days after receipt of payment. Items usually ship out on Mondays and Fridays. All pieces are shipped with USPS and sometimes with UPS and FedEx, depending on shipping costs. While every effort is made to ship your items as quickly as possible, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties, Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Returns
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final unless damaged in transit. We take extra special care when packaging our products, but understand that damages can happen during shipment. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include a photo of the packaging (box) and the damaged product.
Replacements
jen e ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the mail carrier to resolve these matters.

I don’t see the item I want. When will it be available?
We are a small studio and most of the work is made to order. We try to list new pieces to the online shops every month. You can also check with our stockists. To find out what's happening in the studio please join our mailing list (join below) and follow us on Instagram!
Our products are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we do recommend hand washing for longevity.
Do you offer custom offers?
YES! Custom orders range in price depending on the size of the piece and the complexity of the design. Please allow 12-14 weeks for custom orders to be completed. Email us at hello@jenkuroki.com.
